What does the “$0 phone bill” include?
Your Taridium monthly service charges are $0 for your first six months, with no installation or setup fees. Hardware such as desk phones or adapters is extra where you need it.
How is the 50% guarantee calculated?
We compare against the voice-line charges on the recent bill you upload. For months 7–24, your Taridium voice charges will be at least 50% lower.
Can I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. Your existing numbers move to Taridium, so customers keep calling the numbers they already know.
Will it work with my current setup?
Taridium works with most existing business systems. Tell us what you use when you upload your bill and we’ll confirm before you switch.
Is there a contract?
No. It’s a guaranteed savings plan, not a contract.
What happens after 24 months?
Your pricing moves to our standard rates. When your 24-month savings plan ends, you’ll also have the option to lock those rates in with a contract.
What if I add, remove or change services during the savings period?
Your Taridium services are discounted in proportion to the services on your current provider’s bill. If you add lines or users, your price goes up, but your proportional discount stays the same.
